Using x-ray technology, our staff can see a variety of issues, such as broken bones, foreign objects, organ size, and even cancer tumors. X-rays are often thought of as being oversized black films placed in front of a bright light and appearing fuzzy to the untrained eye.

These days more and more practices are moving towards digital x-ray technology. This means the veterinarian is able to view the images on a computer and zoom in on small areas or compare other films easily. In some cases where a consult is needed from a specialist, we can email the x-ray images to them for instant opinions.
